The number of heads makes a big difference in print time. For this time trial, we print the same job of 50 transfers on each printer. Both designs are 10.61" x 9.05". But the print times is drastically different.
It took just about 25 minutes to print these 50 transfers on the DTF-24H2.
On the DTF-24H4, to print this same job it only took around 8 minutes...
When you are busting out tons of transfers for a big t-shirt production run, this is A LOT of time.

I don't understand how you can do 50 transfers in 8 minutes, how do they cure so fast? My audley mini doesn't always cure if i run it too fast. Serious question

Hi guys, would you have videos on the backend software? I am looking for differences between eclosions settings. We are printing using the depth for mode and strong a for type and prints so slowly, it's driving me crazy. And the reason we changed is because the dark colors were coming out with a stripe looking not smooth and customer services said changing the eclosion would help. Now the color is coming out great but printing time just increased also what other solutions would you have if the colors are coming out with a stripe-looking print?

@@olarewajuibukunoluwa4293 there are no 4 heads printer for fluorescent ink there Are only three heads with 8 colours + white. I think it works as fast as two heads printer
The quality can't be the same. Impossible.
Absolutely possible! The resolution and color fidelity isn't determined by the number of print heads, that only impacts the speed of print. BECAUSE your simply adding more channels of ink that can print, not the size of the ink droplets
