The gun had a silencer. He didn’t “hear” gunshots. That’s how the shooter was able to shoot the father after the mother, he didn’t even wake up from the gunshot, neither did the sister. AJ didn’t “hear” a gunshot. That’s his first lie.
He’s saying to himself, “How did you get into the House” bc of the alarm system. He really meant, how did they get into the house? Then again, pillows or anything placed over a victims head after the fact is bc the Suspect can’t bear to look at what they did. Hmmmmm
His step brother was known to be back and forth from that house over the year. He could have easily got in and did it. The prosecution lied about the timeline not matching. His brother's alibi was not airtight. Sure its a tight squeeze, but plenty of time for him to have done it.
Yeah, but he had to disarm the alarm system to openthe door. He didn't think of that when planning the 'perfect murder.' The alarm system would have gone off.
In the call he says “How did you get into the house” so he knows who did it…why did 2 people break into the family business and only steal the computer? He didn’t kill his parents but he knows who did…
He knows Josh could have got in and out, or a business associate of his father. His father's old business partner is also dead now killed in an "accident".
Wouldnt there be finger prints or something on the pillows? If they were placed on their faces after the fact wouldnt something be left behind? I do believe he did it. I just have that question.
@@tankthearc9875 no force entry in the house at all. Alarm still on at time police arrive and AJ disarm it. The only person claim they saw someone is AJ. That house aint that big he can tell if the stranger went out the door or window just by the noise. All windows and blinds are down. BTW the killer had time to write a note, clean the evidence and left the gun in the kitchen table and disapear. Common sense goes out the window
You hear gunshots and automatically say in my mom and dads room…how did you know where the shots came from? Also why he didn’t mention a man just shot a gun since he said he saw a man in a mask

lol a silencer doesn't make it silent just quieter

He didn't sound desperate, frantic, crying, nothing. He was cool as a cucumber. Glad he was found Guilty.

@@mikejohnson9960Baseless conspiracy theories.
@@chocmilk10 About the business partners, sure. But Josh alibi that night isn't strong enough. That's a plausible theory.
I call BS
