After watching this, I think people should stop asking her to film and upload the 100 baby challenge everyday. Imagine how long she’d have to work if it was everyday😩 You’re an amazing and beautiful and hardworking person. Keep it up, Kels!❤️

Jesus Ramirez have you ever done audio editing? As an amateur music producer I have. It’s hard very detailed frustrating precise long and strenuous process, especially hard on the eyes after a while. For one song it can take days, especially on the editing itself, several hours.

No offense but she job is a dream job for most people. It is not easy of course but there are harder jobs, and shes probably living her dream
I love that employees are now able to have their own channels, even though you can kind of tell they need to be ‘buzzfeed approved’.

Buzzfeed used to not let employees have their own channels, which is why a lot of employees left. Now a lot of employees have channels, but under a little bit of management.

OMG HOW ON EARTH does she have her life THAT together ? Waking up at 6h30, working out everyday, work, fun activities, seeing friends and going to bed at midnight... I mean, I've also been adulting for a few years but I still wake up 10 minutes before I arrive at work, live in a messy house, struggle to make time to see all my friends and barely exercise and I feel like my hands are full ! HOW ARE YOU DOING IT WOMAN ?

Your eyes look sooo red after editing videos, i highly suggest you buy those blue light glasses, use it whenever you look at ur screen/blue light. Its also nice to have humidifier in your desk, even a mini one, so the air isnt really drying for your skin. ❤️

So glad you showed (even in a small way) why the Baby videos aren't longer. I would love them to be longer too, but I've done editing before and I know a 30 minute video takes at least 40 HOURS of work, just the editing, never mind the planning ahead of time, the filming of WAY more video than actually gets used, and syncing the audio over the video for continuity. You deserve mad props for getting it out in a week, especially since it's not your only responsibility!
i'm in flimschool, i hate doing editing and doing all the specialeffects for the vid. the rendering is so long!

My favorite part of this video was learning that she drops her dog off at a daycare since she’s gone for so long, so he isn’t lonely and actually had people to take care of him. That made me so happy

Totally makes sense why she can't do it, but as a company they have a successful long string of videos that people really want to see. It makes no sense why they can't hire other people to edit videos and work to make it happen. Business wise it makes no sense. Other You Tube channels put out daily high quality videos and they're not a huge company. I don't blame her at all and frankly I'm not even upset about it. I'm just saying it makes no sense that her employer doesn't see this.
tbh I love those videos with Sims, but I'm also like "girl, you need room to breath" - if she just pumps out videos, then there's nothing to look forward to! :P

I still find it shocking (as a german) that most Americans start working AT 9 LIKE GURL. Most germans usually start very early like around 6 or 7. Sure I have to get up earlier but that means im home around 3 or 4 and have more of my day. Before I knew this, I ALWAYS asked myself how in the HELL some people work out before they go to work. Makes much more sense to me now I guess.

The idea of getting up earlier than you need to just to get a decent workout in before going to work is so outlandish to me. I'm already happy to find the motivation and energy to get out of bed in the morning to get to work even though I like my work.

I love this so much! Idk how you only sleep for like 5 hours and wake up at 6:30 tho, that's wild!! I sleep in until like 9am most days and then eat breakfast and play videogames for a few hours. Then go to work for a few hours, come home and feed my cats. Eat dinner, watch UA-cam videos, then go to sleep between 12 and 2am lol!!
