@@DoctorRevers ah thanks man, it was my dream! Everything works out well, and I am learning new stuff every day. Now end then I take one synth to the couch and explore again. So much to learn. And I choose it for its analog sound, little bit of a purist ;)
I believe the ssl big6 mixer is responsible for the synergy in sound. It is really amazing! I also use the ssl fusion and ssl bus+ compressor. They all work together
Subbed, I have similar gear. It's so refreshing to be inspired by a fellow mate creating wonderful sounding techno. love the intro how climatical it progresses. Such patience and control bringing in the beat and simmering it down.
Great set! You managed it very well to keep it evolving and interessting! Can imagine its quite hard with all the gear for sure. Crunchy punchy sound, love it 🫶 What drummachine is that in front of you and what device is controlling the midi notes for the synths?
Thank you! in front, The Roland Tr-8 is a straight forward drummachine with a 808 and 909 sample kit inside (I wish to use the original 909 once, it has a more pure and analog sound to it). However It works very good for live. The Electron analog Rytm (with the green pads) is the main sequencer. sending out two midi channels (7+8) with a sequence and sending overal midi clock to the rest of the hardware. all via a midi trough box.
Yoo, nice to hear from you! The main kickdrum comes from the Analog rytm (CH 1), i use the kick from the TR-8 with the bass turned down to layer it. sometimes i just use the TR-8 kick and i know what you mean with a lacking of power / saturation. that is I believe because it is a sample. For the whole setup I have made a end of chain plan using the Analog SSL BIGSIX mixer with build-in G-COMP compressor in combination with the SSL FUSION witch has saturation/drive. do you have any end of chain solution?
thank you! I use the Elektron Analog Rytm for masterclock via a midi trough hub, and track 7 and 8 send midi notes on two channels (buchla and moogsub37) but i can sequence 12 different tracks with the Analog Rytm if i want. this device is a analog drumcomputer, a sampler ad sample player and a sequencer. real good value for money, and i love the workflow.
Very nice sound !!! Very cool. I'm trippin' here !!!!

@@BABYLNDJ-bg7bf beautiful. The gear looks like it all compliments the others nicely. I have the moog ss3 so that must be why I’m here :)

@@synthycraft thanks a lot, I appreciate your compliment!! 🙏🏼
Are you using kick drum from TR-8? I have this syth too, but it sounds a little bit weak. Are you using some compression or saturation?

Hi nice setup bro! what is the master clock device ? do you sequence each device with his own sequencer ?
