I estimate, just from running Catarina, you will make about 10 to 20 divine orbs per hour, not including other loot from the maps, if your build is fast and capable enough.
The good thing about betrayal is low investment usually and you don't need a super duper build for it and you can run with other strategies too if they don't require 5 slots. You get decent relatively safe xp too if you are reasonably tanky enough. The bad thing is you gonna get dryspells and these can be demoralizing for players who don't play a lot (like 8 hrs or less a week or play only on weekends). You can get a 10+ run with no veiled orbs. My worse dry spells was 16. I have seen people posting 20+ runs with nothing to show for and usually these can kill any joy you can have with this strategy. Other strategies can have similar level of dryspells, but they won't feel as bad. Of course if you can play a lot, you gonna get lucky streaks to compensate and it will even out in the end, but you are a casual beware of this.
I want to add something. For people don't have great build for fast killing betrayal members in maps, you can run betrayal on low levels. You just need to run 1 t16 map with betrayal and catarina level goes to lvl 83.

Is Catarina Veiled orb drop tied to the betreyal board? or is it treated like a seperate boss drop? what i mean, does the boardaffects Veiledorb drops from Caterina?
Only the ilvl of the area you fight Catarina in matters when it comes to Veiled Orb chance, and it needs to be at least 78 for the maximum chance. Everything else, the board and the levels of people in the board are completely irrelevant.

DO not misinform people. The drop rate of veiled chaos orb is not 30%,that is a FLAT OUT LIE. The drop rate is around 10-13% and a lot of people have confirmed that both on reddit and on youtube beside "content creators" like your self or similar who have stellar drop rates, but somehow only you have such high drop rates, the rest of us who did a absurd amount of catarina farms only managed to be in the range of 10-13%. And that is the reason veiled orbs are absurdly expensive because NO ONE IS FARMING THEM because of the drop rates. For me the highest count of of fights without a veiled chaos orb in a row was 13....SEVERAL TIMES. Me and three other clan friends farmed catarina from the start of the league and stopped after week 8 cause the drop rates were absurd. ON AVERAGE the three of us were getting a veiled orb every 11,07 catarina fight!!!! And out sample size was OVER 500 catarina fights each. With betrayal scarabs you can get a catarina fight every 4-6 maps, and if you are not a causal player(you dont work and have no life) you could get over 8 Catarina fights in a day. EXPLAIN TO ME IN WHAT UNIVERSE ARE YOU GETTING 10-20 div per hour with "YOUR" 30% drop rates? I would really like to know your special math?
First of all, calm down. There is no need to get fiery and start throwing big words around, we can discuss this like gentlemen. The wiki shows it at around 30%. Me and my friends, especially my brother, extensively farmed Catarina and I can confirm it's closer to 25%. We also did many catarina runs to know about this. In the video you saw me getting 3 catarinas in a span of about 50 minutes. Lets round it up to an hour. Lets assume the drop rate of Veiled Orbs to be 25%, lesser than what the wiki suggests. If you play 4 hours a day, which is very possible at leaguestart, that equals to 12 catarina kills, and 4 veiled orbs. that equals to a veiled orb an hour, JUST the veiled orb part. In the video I also showed that I got 4 divines worth of loot from 3 catarinas, so the hourly income JUST from jun, excluding lucky drops like divine orbs and also elreon ring crafting, comes to at least 4 divines + a veiled orb per hour. Veiled orb has flactuating value, right now they are 14 divines.
Keep in mind even if its 30% u dont get veiled orb every 3rd run...you have 30% chance on every run,so u can get lucky to get few in row or no drop in 20 runs in theory.when you kill u have 30% to drop thats it
Wierd way to show full Katarina run without scarabs. She starts with 3/4 completed. Why did you do it that way? You dont even show a run where you get 100 Katarina inteligence

Thats why i said its a weird way to show it. Not saying is better or worse, just bad start. You cant compare a started run with a run from 0.
