I've been a Warhammer play/fan since the 80s, Both Fantasy Battle and 40000, I have thousands of the miniatures and the majority made from lead as they all were back then. Sadly over the years I've lost touch and haven't play in Decades :( other than PC Warhammer games.
I’ve never gotten into table top, although I love the universe building of 40k. Some of the deepest lore out there. I would love to see a space marine 2 play through.
OMG!! Keep us posted on this "bad" habit! In the past I have been a 40k fanatic to a pretty serious extent. Would love to see battle reports and/or nights of painting and such. Tau were my main army with Dark Angels being second. I will be all over this stuff man!
Awesome! Yeah Im making a Tau army as my main, and currently doing research on the different space marine chapters. I’m really liking the Space Wolves and Blood Angels at the moment.
@@JamesLovesGames IMO, space wolves have awesome flavor and some insane models models but can be a bit underwhelming mechanically in game. Blood angels have ok flavor and decent models, but they're extraordinary on the battlefield. All based on the period from around 6th to 8th edition core rules.
I never got into Warhammer myself but I've always been interested to learn about it and see it in action so I'm excited! Although at the heavy expense of your time and money James
Looking forward to watching your armies grow! We can get together sometime and ill show you what i know on painting. A few simple techniques take the hobby much farther. Its always nice to roll the dice as well! Im in it mostly for the lore, collecting and hobby part. Hopefully our emperor Henry Cavill will produce some amazing movies/shows soon.
You should play that new or upcoming Warhammer video game that certain people are raving about.
There are so many 40k video games it’s hard to keep track of them. Space Marine 2 looks good, but I’ll just have to wait and see.
