For many people asking: an instruction lap with me is 49€. 149€ for 4. More info can be found on apex-nuerburg.com
Looking forward seeing you at the Ring!
Clear that this is money well spent!
I'm coming for sure.see you spring 2021.laps and pancakes on me...
When i will have money for sure....keep up the good work!!
I was hoping to come to the ring after my car was built (not too much performance, I'm poor and live in Croatia lol just some basic mods) but then I got into a head on collision with a driver that pulled out into the main road without looking, and the car got destroyed. My dream is to drive at least one lap on the ring, even better if it's a lap with you, in either a new car if I can get one or just a rental...
I'm going to ask you something else: have you ever counted how many laps you've done in your life? Cause your knowledge of the track is amazing (watch Mischa's blind co-driving people!!!)
He took instruction very well.
Seemed a nice intelligent lad 👍
One could begin to read Misha’s hand signs. He is an excellent communicator.
Yes he responded well to instruction ....... just like I do from the wife 😀
@@Puddingtops , “Speed is good... wait... now, left left left and flat. Down the middle, right... tighter tighter, good now flat...”
Yeah, I can see how that might go.
lol
@@Chicomacheeno I wish to see you doing a lap whit him
In a world full of uninteresting digital cars you keep finding these most amazing analogue cars Misha, keep it up
Well said
And it even sounds nice for 1.6.
@@chamskyYT he said the head was from a Puma engine. and the bottom from a fiesta ST. I presume its the MK6 ST (2.0 NA) and not the Ecoboost ST?
@@neovenom9833 he said the bottom end was from the 1.6 fiesta ST
Once he said he would definitely want an Tesla M3. The definition of digital :-)
This shows the obvious difference that quality instruction provides a much quicker, enjoyable & importantly safer lap. Awesome build too!
Great Vlog Misha!
Yes, you can clearly see how much smoother they did the lap and often smooth precise inputs = fast
He seems to relax and trust misha more as the lap goes on. Shows he’s damn good at what he does.
You can also tell Misha's used to instructing in left-hand-drive cars as he was doing his gestures with his left hand, quite far out of view of the driver. :D But I guess the verbal instructions were clear enough as that second lap was epic!
Thanks for this message, I was wanted to change this video after a two minutes of watching
Instruction lap was awesome. We all need a pocket Misha with us on the ring.
Absolutely wicked lap I agree with you misha instructs really well I enjoyed watching this video
I love how the driver immediately agreed to have an instruction lap and then went responsible but still pretty fast for such a "manual" car and followed all the instructions very well. I would have shit my pants.
Just showed that he knows the car and his ability but not the track.
Yeah, I remember that my first two laps with Misha felt kinda similar. His instructions were on point and the lessons learned extremely valuable. Without those, I may have overshot some corners and probably wouldn't have overtaken some of the cars in front of us. One or two instruction laps with Misha has to be one of the best bang for your buck driver mods you can get on the Ring IMO.
Gas, to the outside, go! Sounds easy enough, but wow it was intense to follow the instructions. Thanks for sharing, awesome.
Edit: To be clear, I was not the one driving the car. I actually felt it was intense just watching the video :-)
Great driving. I can only assume how hard it is not knowing the whole track in such a beast of a car. Also worth noting the time and money spend on it, so you do not want to bin it.
You absolutely crushed it man
keep going, your in good hands.
The concentration needed was awsome
@@bogmanstar889 The art is to use all of the track, but none of the grass, gravel and certainly not investigate the barriers...
2:23 Got to love that caterham moment! It was so spot on that had to give it a though was it scripted
Couldn't have script it on such a perfect timing haha
I was like - Oh speaking of the devil! Lol
The difference between the two laps is night and day. The value of an instruction lap with Misha is pretty crystal clear. The thing is as much as we all lust after these high horsepower and top dollar supercars and hypercars, there is something refreshing and relateable about cars and builds of this nature. Every real petrolhead loves and respects builds like these.
It also huge difference between the laps as Misha didn't say a word in the first one, and basically was speaking the whole second one. :-)
Way back when I was fiddling with cars, I switched from a pocket rocket like this (a bit lighter, a bit less power, similar power/weight ratio) to a bigger car with more horses. That took away most of the fun: speeds went way up on the straights, in the corners the difference wasn't that big, and I just spent an enormous amount of cash on gasoline and parts.
You´re such a nice person Misha, you made his day, one lap with you equals 50 on his own... at least. So nice. Proper petrolhead community is awesome.
What a difference first lap and second lap. That guy hasn't learned even close in twenty laps what Misha showed him in one instructions lap. Misha next year me and mine friends are coming from Zagreb. Big up to Misha👍👏
Please bring Cedevita 😂
@@mgcharoudin Ok no problem!
That was awesome seeing you start to unlock his potential! He took to instruction very well! The confidence levels between those two laps was night and day. Must have been very intimidating on that first lap to be unfamiliar with the track and have you sat next to him. Really cool little car as well, reckon that'll be a rocket round the ring with a bit more practice.
Wow,, that was something special,,, im not going to lie that second lap was pretty emotional to watch, the difference you made to him was amazing, the thing I like about you is you just love to improve people,, its not your job,, just your heart
This is why I watch your content bud you could have just let him go after 1st lap (you had what you needed)but you took time to give him an instruction lap and actually help him 👍ps the laps with your instruction are my personal favourites
I used to work with James about 6 years ago I remember this car. It's come a long way and very cool to see him get the most out of it at the ring 👍
*First lap:* Enjoyed the beautiful sound of the engine
*Second lap:* Enjoyed watching Misha working his magic : )
Kudos to the driver btw, he is a fast learner and seems to be a genuinely nice lad o7
Wow! During the second lap I found myself on the edge of my seat, having a hard time keeping up with the instructions. Intense! If I ever gather enough courage to make it to the Ring, I'd love to do a couple of instructed laps. Definitely worth it.
Oh we have LSD! Probably best to wait until after the lap MIsha
Nah, it takes a good 30-40 minutes to kick in... Get 3-4 laps in no sweat :D
I was just surfing UA-cam and a Misha video popped up, hell yes!
I love cars with this. 👌
so much better than a modern original. it's love in the details perfect 👌
Have a nice Weekend ✌
"It's the control tyre for the Caterham racing series..."
[a Caterham immediately drives past]
wow he was good at hearing the instructions and also doing them!
Cool car and cool dude. Love old Fiestas :D
Huge respect to the guy, focusing on shifting and following instructions while being almost new at the track... nice
Very clean engineering and design on that car.
Great combo of driver and instructor in a very capable car. That was fun to watch !
The best lap I’ve ever had was under misha’s instruction! This shows how important instruction is. I hope to do more when we can return 👌👌
Honestly just a great video as per usual! Sat with him and respected his first lap without interfering. Always loved your instructional videos
A friend of mine had his father's fiesta Mk1 957cc and we had so much fun with it. Despite the small engine it was quite swift. So many good memories
The instruction lap was so good to listen to. Track tool's are one thing, But knowing the track is everything!
Little rocket. Couldn't imagine saying that instruction all day. Hats off.
Nice from you to offer another lap with your instructions! It makes a big difference!
Nice vlog as always! 👌
Can’t believe how much I enjoyed the running commentary around the track, little things we don’t normally notice stood out. As usual I loved it - also nice to see “analogue” cars now and again! 👍
Misha that was Fantastic 🙂👍🏻
Huge Well done to the driver for taking and following all those instructions, especially in a Clutched, Stick Geared car, his brain must have been doing 100 thing's at once 🤪🙂
Do you know roughly the difference in times?
Because it seemed a good few seconds faster than his first lap, and he'd already done over 20 laps in his visits there 🙂
I expect he'll save and re-watch this over and over for more pointers on bit's he can further improve his driving with 🙂
Thanks again for an awesome video 🙂
Stay Safe out there,
All the Best,
Mark 👍🏻
First lap is around 10 minutes and second is around 9:40 , just judging by the video lenght.. But second lap felt a lot faster!
it looked like atleast 30secs faster :)
@@sighheinrich
I was just starting to work out those time's myself 🙂 so thanks for that bud 👍🏻
He certainly did a brilliant second lap, and I think will further improve from now on 😊🙂👍🏻
@@mantasv6208
I'd definitely agree 🙂👍🏻
@@peterjansen5571
I'm in the UK
Stick is all I've ever driven 😉
But if you watch the video closely he misses a couple of shifts, and even hits the rev limiter when he should have changed up, as he's concentrating so hard on the instructions 😊🙂👍🏻
But I don't blame him, it's a hell of a lot to take on board at once 🙂👍🏻
Misha, I always enjoy your videos but this one was something special: a down-to-earth car, a hands-on owner and to hear your instructions was sooo good.
Fantastic instruction Misha! very fast and precise!
Misha thank you for interesting and exclusive content!
Wow Misha is really a pro instructor, can tell a huge difference between 1st lap and instructed lap. neat content as always bro. Also the driver did well following the instructions.
Brings back memories of your earlier videos. Love it, and it’s obvious that you love this as well :-) Do more of what you love to do
Your instruction was AWESOME! It was cool to see the driver increase confidence as you progress thru the track.
Misha: ”What tyres are they....15?”
Driver: "13"
Misha: "WHOOHAAHA HAAA"
Me: offended ...😂
cries on my 10inches :'(
Misha you are a brave man. You get in with every rider, but you don't always know how well they drive and know the track. These are the best videos for me, showing someone how it is done.
My favourite content car walk around then a lap......fair play Mischa sharing the knowledge respect to you for being probably one of the best passengers ever !
This is epic. Huge respect to both the driver/ car builder and to Misha for creating this comparison video. The sense of focus in both laps is palpable but following the instruction and driving on the second lap has left me with a massive smile. I'm more than a little envious.
Some of the best you tube car content ever on this channel.
Thank you so much for the instructional lap Misha, learnt a lot from it! :)
The instruction lap made a huge difference! His car was very settled when he stopped thinking too much and listen to your sound instructions! Awesome!
Always enjoy the instruction lap vids. This one was great. Thanks to the driver for letting us come along.
What a way to makes someone's day. The difference under instruction was huge. Bravo to you both.
Your a great man Misha for helping calm his nerves, and for the instructions......makes for better drivers.
Wow instructions on track where awesome. Saying yes to an instructor is no brainer, smiling as i was the one driving. Excellent job Misha!
Incredible car! Fun lap.
Misha, giving a guidance-lap as a gift is priceless.
Pure gold, Mate. 👌😎
very professional instruction, loved the video. The build was so fine too! Great skills driver & instructor. Keep it up Misha!
The difference between the two laps was epic, great tuition allied to a vast improvement instantly... thanks for sharing. Awesome Fiesta too, what a weapon
Great job Misha! Awesome to watch.
Awesome lap instruction, well done Misha
Useful commentary Misha, thanks again. Excellent to see an Mk2 Fiesta on the ring. I had four of these when I was 'younger'!! 😂
Misha you made he’s day, I’m so happy! Thank you!
Awesome instruction lap! Thanks 😃👍
That Ford Fiasko sums up everything that I love about cars and their caretakers. Passion and fun driving
I absolutely love watching misha doing instruction laps. Epic.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, no amount tuning can make up for light weight, what a beauty
Whoa - never heard or seen such a detailed instruction. Superb.
The difference in the first lap and then the instruction lap looked significant, great work!
I watch your videos past midnight everyday. Cheers from California!!!!!!
Fiesta XR2 brings back memories from 30 odd yrs ago, i had 2 of them 👍 growing up on the welsh roads is like N-ring every day
Ps Misha you are a legend for offing the lad an instruction lap 👍
Great content Misha! Some people would argue this was quid pro quo, content for free instructional lap; but for me it just shows whatta great man and human being you are Misha; for me second lap was emotional AF (Ex Fiesta 1.3 owner here). We will meet once m8, mark my words
Love how the instructional lap you could tell he was out of his comfort zone, yet Misha gave him so much confidence
Good job
That was really nice of you Misha! 👍🏼
Man that second lap 😅
I was falling asleep on the first lap(just got off of work, I'm usually passing out watching UA-cam) then suddenly I heard you yelling and I was awake glued to my screen 🤣
Wonderful instructor, great lap, fantastic little Siesta Fiesta 😂
Misha your added hand sign to the introductions would really make my day if I was so lucky to one day to be on the track with you as instructor. My reason for saying this is because I’m more or less left/right wordblind, and I guess I’m not the only one. Keep up the good work 👍
I was afraid that it would be too fast to react to any instructions, but these were so clear and well put that even I felt I could do the driving with these instructions. Well done.
Wow, thats alot of information in a short amount of time. Great driving, and really cool hearing the instructions.
Not just the driver, but also the comments here are getting better.
Win-win.
Misha, we love the odd nuggets, thank you for vlogging these.
It makes my pancake brunch extra special. 👍🏻
You're an absolute gentleman, love you vids mate. I'm here in Australia but I'm coming to drive the Ring 🤙🏽👍🏽
Dam Mish, you know your content is good when your video is up for less than and hour with 1400 views. Keep it up bro! Been a sub for a few years and its crazy how much your channel has grown.
Goed bezig Misha! The difference is huge!
Information overload 🤯
Thanks Misha, great Instruction Lap
Thank you Misha for all instructions videos they helped me to make batter time in games.
Wow - amazing lap! That driver responded perfectly to Misha’s commands. Those tires rocked that lap with no complaints!
Holy cow. What a difference that made. Like night and day difference. Please do more of these!
Making his day way faster and fun! Thank you for another great vídeo. 💪👏👌
Great to see the difference one lap of instruction did for that driver. Nice job Misha. I’m sure he is very grateful. Cool car BTW.
Misha, that truly was amazing. Can’t wait to get an instructional lap or 10 too. Very inspiring!! Almost as good as pancakes.
No food shot today, but wonderful all the same. Thanks
I love watching your instructional laps! Espically this video where we had a before and after.
Good job Misha! Thanks for giving the guy a lesson, and he enjoyed it very well!
Amazing. It was like Misha driving through him. Watching was very exciting. He knew to drive but lacked local knowledge. Misha provided it. Worth every € !
That was the best lap video ever so interesting to hear the instructions and see the improvement i reckon 10 of those and id would be mastered.
The Instruction made a huge difference. It was great to hear clear calm instruction and noticeable how much extra confidence the driver gained.
Confident and relaxed instruction! Awesome
I'm amazed. Loved the instructed lap. This made my day
Misha, that was so kind of you to just make him go round again. It's such a nice gesture and a thank you. Guess he won't forget that. :)
Wow, such a good video. The second lap with the instructions was so much better. Would love to see what that fiesta could do in the hands of a experienced ring driver.
Your track knowledge & instruction is awe-inspiring. 👌
Misha, You are the man, my god the diference is huge even after 20 laps.
Great Work
The instructions were amazing. Second lap looked and sounded so much better 👍 that must’ve been so fun
Great video such good explanation of the track and seemed to bring out a much much better result 👌🏻👏🏻
Well sorted little car. Sounds great!
That was a good call on your side, also very kind. Well done Mishkaaaa. :)
Let me instruct you my boi ❤
Wow Misha your instructions made all the difference, what change on the 2nd lap. Nicely done.
great driving and even better instruction. great way to start the day while having coffee... subbed
