what a great hobbu , my brother had these birds but the hawks got most of them

when i was a child in cumbria there was a small village near our house and in the center was a house with fan tail doves on the roof and when the wooden gates were open you could see their small but lovely driveway and the birds on the roof with a dedicated space/ holes for the doves...... now i live in teh city but have Colered doves come and eat at our window sill and every time they do i think of this house in the village

Ok. The tail looks beautiful but heavy. I wanted to keep them, but I have predator problem. So I guess not for my place. Thanks though.

Jayant Datta they have problems flying and only fly a bit around they yard that's about it mostly just walk around or fly on the roof of the loft and chill there
