If i want to start running 10km marathons, a person from Asics store recommended me to go for Gel Zaraca 5B. I was first looking into Gel Contend (4B/4B+/5B) at first but the person suggested to go for Zaraca. What do you suggest? Is Zaraca good?
I will not recommend for these shoes of ASICS for 10km marathon run better you can go for ASICS gt 2000, ASICS gel Kayano, ASICS gel nimbus, ASICS gel excite, Nike Pegasus 38 to 40 , Saucony Kinvara , puma electrify nitro, ASICS gel excite, adidas ultra boost etc are my picks
I do 1) cardio exercises in gym like treadmill. 2) strength training in gym. 3) play shuttle indoor court. As expert suggest running shoes are different from training shoes. Brother please suggest what to buy UNDER 3000 which fulfill the ABOVE purpose. even in ASICS there are many different models, i am confused.
