- This video is made for educational purposes. The specialist's name is Artem (inst @donskoikostoprav) and it's already my third visit to him, some of you have been really waiting for it :) In this video Artem is performing some preventive massage and adjustments. And they were really tough... Of course this technique should be performed by a trained specialist and you should consult a qualified specialist before trying it. During the video Artem is describing his actions in detail and is sharing some interesting information about what he's doing. At the end of the video I shared my opinion on the session.

Artem is a great guy! I like how humble he is. Without any doubt he really is an absolut expert on what he does but he says he only knows very little. In a world where everybody tries to present themselves as good as possible this remarkable and nice to see.
This man is probably the first to speak truth about scoliosis on this channel, from what I have seen.
