- This video was filmed in Krasnodar. The specialist's name is Ilya (inst @massage_tis) . The session included a diagnostic assessement, very strong healing back massage and chiropractic adjustments. After the session Ilya taught me some simple exercises that will be helpful for people with back problems.
In this video you can find neck cracking, back, shoulder, finger cracking etc. During the session Ilya is describing his actions and giving interesting information on what he is doing.
UA-cam makes me want to learn Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and many other languages just to understand masseurs and chiropractors without subtitles.

Out of all your videos, this guy seems to be the most decent chiro.
Ilya and Spartak are the best he's seen so far, in my opinion.
I like this chiropractor. He knows what he is doing, and he provided explanations throughout the video. It helps to create context.
Very informative video. Ilya did some very different moves that provided deep cracks. You looked kind of scared a few times when he was twisting your neck but you certainly have some good range of motion now. I hope you post the healing massage that Ilya gave you soon because he said that it was very strong. All in all this was a great watch. Thank you Timur.

I watched several of your "professionals" here and from an ASMR perspective I liked many. But this is by far the first time I feel like I am watching someone who really knows what he is doing. Also he is explaining all the steps. This is someone I'd visit myself.

Тут два варианта: либо у Тимура нет проблем и специалисты их "находят", либо их "лечение" никак не помогает, ибо более промассажированного человека трудно найти
Да сложно все это вылечить этими массажами, эти мануалки помогают частично
Надо укрепить мышечный корсет, спорт
Массаж это всего лишь временный эффект, далее ты должен упражнениями повысить мышечный тонус
Надо к Азиму ему ехать сразу все вылечит
Естественно, хруст спиной и шеей это ни какое не лечение.

This is the vest chiro therapy I've seen so far. Very thorough with re-check procedures to ensure alignments are done properly. Non of the chiro in the US is practicing this way
These Russian dudes really know how to adjust the body, here in the uk, our chiropractors do just a couple of adjustments and send you on your way

Look at his eyes change at 9:04. Those last two heavy adjustments were REALLY traumatic and exhausting on his system. EXCELLENT chiropractor.

It is completely safe to travel. The problem is, it is not "allowed".
Does anyone think these treatments are potentially harming his health? I'm not saying this video as it is far more clinical, but the other treatments must take a toll on his body. I appreciate he publishes the videos for entertainment, and I enjoy them as well.
But could having unnecessary spinal techniques create a risk of long-term damage? The whole efficacy of chiropractic medicine is subject to dispute anyway.
Anyway, I do enjoy the channel, but the above just occurred to me when seeing this 📹.
I agree. Especially those "hard chiropractic videos". Also most of the indian barbers like Asim. They are very relaxing from an ASMR perspective - but don't seem to be that good for a humans body.
@@starfox-germany pretty much he should of only gone to a chiropractor 1-2-3 times and then done the exercises provided in this video at home and boom never go to one again. because theres always a small risk of a stroke every time you crack your neck and this dude is getting it constantly.

хорошие специалисты у нас есть, это радует! вот тоже испытываю проблемы с лопатками (начал в зал ходить и такие упражнения тоже делать), но бывает что остается ощущение, что как будто тянет, проблема уже давно, не порекомендуете специалисты из Москвы?
Знаете что я понял благодаря Тимуру? Что сколько бы ты не ходил к врачам и специалистам, у тебя всегда будут проблемы с организмом)))) ему столько раз уже кости вправляли и всё бесполезно похоже 😁😁😆
