I spent over an hour looking at a few directions, and was about to give up hope; good thing I didn't because I got to your video and it's exactly what I was looking for, with such great instructions. Thank you!
I know this video is over a year old but I just saw it 😊 Thank you so much for making this easy to follow and easy to make! This is the best video I’ve seen for a box yet!
Finally, I found someone that is showing the right size box I needed to place a set of A2 cards as a gift. This is awesome I love what you created !!!!!
Julie this box is PERFECT, just the size I needed for the vintage cross gift I made it for. Thank you for the wonderful tip. I will make it again for A2 cards too! You are amazing and very kind.
This is the best tutorial on how to make a box which will hold greeting cards to be given as a gift. I've watched many different videos and this video by The Paper Pixie provides the best instructions along with exact measurements. Thank you so much for posting this :-)
This is exactly what I was looking for! I have been hired to create boxed sets for a cancer care centre and I needed a box to hold 6 cards. Thanks you for the perfect box. Stay safe. Love from 🇨🇦
Your tutorial about making an A2 card gift box is just fabulous. I scanned all the UA-cam channels and tried four different ones before I came upon yours. No contest. No doubt about it. Your method, your ideas, your finesse, and your great teaching ability are far above every other video I watched. You are an amazing teacher! I can't thank you enough for this wonderful tutorial on how to make boxes. My first one came out looking so professional. I was so pleased. Thank you ❤️
I made a tiny journal of watercolor paintings and wanted a box for it. This size was great. Now that I’ve done one, I might be able to customize but I’m delighted with the box I made. The instructions are so clear and easy to follow! Thank you.
oh my goodness! I was at a craft show this AM and saw a SU dealer there. (I don' t know her, but she had some gorgeous cards for sale as well as a lot of treat bags, boxes and other items) I asked if she had a box for A2 cards because I have made sets of cards for my friend, my neighbor and my girls. She didn't so I was thinking I would just add a ribbon to a stack of cards but on a whim I thought maybe you would have an easy box that I could make. This is perfect! Thank you ever so much! I just figured it would be too hard but I think I can do this. I shall have to "act as if" and be like the little engine that could! LOL Thanks again!
I've attempted to make a few boxes following these directions. not one came out perfect. I followed directions exactly and even had a scoring template like the one in the vid. Please provide a printable template. Thank you.
Hi Hudson! At the bottom of my detailed blog post where the sharing buttons are there is a print button. Please note that my templates will not print to scale - they are for reference only. The measurements are correct, so if you are still having difficulty, then cut your box lid to 7-1/8 x 8-1/2. It will be a little loose, however, so that’s why I said just a hair under those measurements.
Hi Jan! I'm sorry your envelopes made with the EPB don't fit! This box was designed to fit Stampin' Up!'s A2 envelopes, which are standard size for ready-made envelopes. What is the finished size of your envelopes created with the EPB?
Hi Carina! Since I'm in the US, I only use Imperial measurements. I recommend using a conversion app like "Units Plus" to convert the measurements to Metric.

Beautiful pretty card boxes. I will have to try making those. Thanks for the tutorial.
Beautiful boxes thanks for sharing. I’m not a fan of the reversible tweezers but useful for tying bows so I might get one...
Hit wrong key again, want to say thanks for tip on tweezers. Stay safe.
Excellent, I knew you would have a tutorial for this. I just made 10 cards and need to make a box for them. Thank you
Fabulous! Love your projects...keep em coming 🙂

Very pretty cards and box set! Cee
Beautiful!
What is the weight of the card stock?
Thank you for sharing.
Our cardstock is 80-90lb cover weight.
very cool! I can't wait to try it.
Just subscribed to your channel!! Thanks for sharing💕
Lovely
Love this, great video! Do you have the measurements for a box to fit 10-12 cards?
Hi Jeannie! No, not with this style box with the reinforced sides, because at some point the measurements will exceed the cardstock width.
Is the template printable? Love the box, it looks nice and sturdy.
If you right-click on the template and open in a new window, you can print it! Just know it’s for reference and not to scale ❤️
@@ThePaperPixie Thank you sooo much. Trusting that you are doing OK during this difficult time. Take care.

@@ThePaperPixie This lid measurement worked better for me. Thank you!
I have made this many times and the lid is always too big. Can you help?
Hi Leigh! Be sure to double-check your scoring measurements for the lid. When you say too big, how much too big?
this doesn't hold my envelopes. I made A2 size envelopes with my envelope punch board but they are too wide.

@@ThePaperPixie thanks for the response. I actually just adjusted the paper dimensions and made another that worked.
@@ThePaperPixie also, I LOVE your videos! Keep being awesome 😊
Can you pls do it in cm 🙏🏻
Hi Carina! Since I'm in the US, I only use Imperial measurements. I recommend using a conversion app like "Units Plus" to convert the measurements to Metric.
