Connie I just had to come back and say I could now make this beautiful box in my sleep....yes I got this tutorial when this video first came out and got to say yes yes yes you need the paper tutorial for sure. I have made so many boxes now with cards in for gifts. Just did quite a few at Christmas and since I gave my first box I have had friends ask for more cards to add to the box. Adding the stamps makes for a great gift and so many people said it was brilliant to have them included. So anyone watching this video....all I can say is get the paper tutorial and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed because it has become my most favourite item to make. There are so many different occasions you can decorate the box up for. I am about to do an Easter box soon as my friend wants one for a gift, but Christmas and birthdays are a total hit with this gift. So thank you Connie for sharing this video with us and great to come back and say yayyy people just love it. Also with the lockdowns we have had in the UK there has been more time to do the boxes but nothing nicer than a homemade gift to cheer people up. X😘👏😎🌈👋

I still enjoy watching replays of your tutorials. I made this several years ago for my friend, a pastor's wife, for her birthday blessing bag and she loved it! After several years of card/box crafting, I'm busy getting ready for valentines day and thought this would be a perfect gift for giving treats in a cello bag (or cookies), and gluing a card (heart shaped of course). where the pocket would of been and decorating a brown gift bag to match. Thanks again for such versatile projects.

I believe it. I was going gaga over them they were so beautiful. It hurt me so much when you glued the blue paper and it got hidden but the flower side was pretty too lol.
I made 3 last night & will make more today. I changed the sizes as I use A4 here in Australia & I needed the box to fit my size cards & envelopes.. I LOVE the case.. I'll be making one now for the note cards.. you really are the best... I look forward to what tips & creations you come up with next.. Connie as a Scot who lives in a small town in central Scotland can I ask you to say to your fellow demonstrators the correct way to say plaid - it is playd just the word play with a d on the end. Plaid is actually the stole Highlanders wore as part of their dress to keep the rain out and keep them worn. The pattern is actually tartan. May I say I thoroughly enjoy your tutorials. As a beginner I find them extremely helpful.
