hey corgi, i have a really good r&d starter you could use for disliked countries like russia or china, it is one point in the social research department. the one that decreases negativity on your actions, one point in moral high ground, one point in combat training, and the rest on the defense for armored veichles, use your points to max out the first two topics in social research, then focus on military, then move towards economy in the endgame, as it is really cheap and quick to get
