I have to agree about the wind. If he had gone a few feet farther in, that could have turned into a roll over. Now that would have turned into a COLD, nasty recovery.
Just listening to that wind blowing brought back memories of the many frigid service call I’ve been on they can’t get over with fast enough! With the boom in as far as it was what kind of weight could it pick up? Great job as usual stay warm and well and I’ll catch you next time!
I'd have to check the chart to know exact, but I would guess rated for close to 50k with the angle and how far it was telescoped out. Yes, it was definitely a cold one!
Good job on the thumbnail. Not quite pro grade level Click Bait yet, but you're definitley getting there. With enough work and effort, one day you'll be the Matt's Offroad Recovery / Heavy D of the towing and recovery world 🤛
What speed of wind would blow a truck off the roadway? Tracks show no sliding marks like brake use, I'd probably be standing on the pedal. Wonder what the speed of travel was?
The wind was not even really blowing that hard. Maybe a wind gust along with distracted driving caused a quick jerk of the steering wheel? In our experience we have seen many empty tractor trailers blow over in winds of 50mph or greater.
The wind you say, lol😂. Sounded like rotator training day😮.i miss recovery work but sure dont miss that cold.
This has been pretty much the first really cold temps we've had this year. I will take they easy pick and swings like this all day 😂
That looked like a very cold lift in the wind well done for a steady lift, wind blown into the ditch - really !!
Great job! Stay warm and be safe bud.
Wind my ass, probably fell off the shoulder or dosed off. Maybe watching a movie. Good job guys.
great job very fast and controlled
Thank you!

Would have definitely had to get a few more warm clothes to work a rollover on that day!

If we had that kinda notoriety, it wouldn't matter what our thumbnail looks like 😂

A gusty one.
