  • In this video, we finish the civic with upgrades to the induction system. An easy, simple fuel system upgrade, fitting the intercooler and fabricating our intercooler pipes. And that's it - EK2RS ready for its first start!

    Man, your videos are so good. I don't own a civic nor do I want to turbo one but your videos are enjoying to watch for us car nerds.

    Hey it's amazing this series! I've watched every second so I can do the same but I was wondering if do you think it could work with a d15z6 stock or a d15z6 but with the d16y6 cylinder head... Thank you so much!

      Thanks for commenting mate. It's honestly been such a fun build.
      I'm sorry i missed this. As far as i know no it will not fit!
      I would look for a D16z6/D16y8 if you have them locally.
      Reach out if you have any general questions.

    They sell adapters for your injector connectors. No need to cut, de-pin, etc.

    • @JCYT
      @JCYT  21 день тому +1

      Yes i mentioned this in the video.
      For those who want a plug and play option it is there. Re-pinning to a new connector is the best way to do it.

    Isnt 730cc just overkill?

    • @JCYT
      @JCYT  2 місяці тому +1

      Hey mate
      I think 730 is on the larger size but I wouldn't go any smaller than say a 650cc. It needs to have the fuel available say in event of a boost spike. Overkill would be my initial purchase of 1350cc 🤪

      @@JCYT I run 1000cc fic on my stock motor 12psi rather have more just in case.

      @@pmurriel2 agreed
      Many people ask me why i dont just run 495cc
      I'd rather sacrifice a tiny amount of drivability than blow it up
      These stock motors need all the safety
