I have this one and I love it when I’m in the mood for it. Very elegant and classy. It’s a perfect fall fragrance IMO. Not heavy enough for winter but too heavy for summer. So that’s when I wear it the most.
You are definitely correct about trying a fragrance for yourself, marketed one way or the other a particular fragrance might appeal to you . If you wear fragrances to please yourself then why not where it?

Yes indeed ,great Tom Ford released , white patchouli for me is unisex. I don't feel any naturals on it but great blended fragrance, more for evening and dates.... Thanks again 🤴🏻 professor Aaron
It smells like a soapy white rosy patchouli to me. Late in the drydown it gest super rosy and it reminds me of a powdery white roses bouquet actually. It's not linear and many people skip it because they are put off by the opening. Such a shame.
On me the opening smells really fresh!!! then smells woody and spicy and drys down to musky floral. I thought I didn’t like it 😅 but I can’t stop sniffing my it now.
On my skin it came off new born powdery baby ...but ! .....wearing a dirty nappy ....barnyard ! ...I gave it away to a friend ....not pleasant with my body chemistry

Hi Aaron how can you tell what percentage of perfume is in a fragerence. If it says 80% alcohol on the back of the bottle does this mean there is 20% perfume ? Cheers 👍

Check out Dior Patchouli Imperial. It's similar to Black Orchid but it has an ambery touch to the edges that rounds it off well

I tried this today and it smells divine!
on my skin this gets very spicy, and with time it gets "denser" as some white flowers come out, but remains spicy through and through :)
Please review some Acqua di Parma fragrances! Their choice of naturals will make you really excited I think!

It’s normally 80% alcohol 17-19% concentrate and 1-3% water
