I have a very similar refresh set up to you. I get up early for work so doing it in the evening and just scrunching it in the morning makes my life a lot easier. I love the Flora and Curl foam for refreshing, super lightweight but enough hold to make a good difference
Hi, I love your tips and it's so nice to see wavy hair tips rather than curly. Say, I have what seems a constant struggle with refreshes. A lot of my wave/curl is gone by the morning so adding just a bit of product or water just creates wet frizz, and my roots are completely flat. I seem to not get good results unless my hair is saturated and to me, that defeats the purpose of a refresh 🙄. Have you ever encountered this and found a solution? Thank you for helping all of us!!
I’m still searching for a way to keep my waves/curls overnight that work for me… but I’m also still experiencing! Tonight I’m trying a pineapple with a large satin scrunch… recently I’ve been using a bonnet but I don’t think it’s working very well for me. Let’s see how no bonnet, pineapple and Satin pillow case works for me :)
What do you do with your hair when you shower on an off day? Do you use a shower cap to avoid getting it wet or do you just put it up loosely and hope it doesn’t get too wet? I’ve just started trying to build my routine and I’m not sure the best practice to maintain it through the off days, or even how often I should have wash days (for best results).
I will if I need to, yes! I typically diffuse upside down and side to side. If I need more help with volume, I might hit my hair with a little hair spray and ruffle my roots.
i usually wear a hair bonnet, creaming my curls beforehand, so this is interesting!
Thanks so much! How would you refresh if your hair gets tangled on the second and third day?

I’ve head wonderful reviews of this brand! Thank you for sharing.
How do you wear your hair for working out? Or day to day with kids?

Do you put your hair up in the same hair tie, or do anything special with it when you shower so it doesn’t get wet ?

What do you recommend for sleeping if your hair is shorter? I struggle to get mine in a pineapple as it’s just slightly too short
Me too!
if I tie my hair up on the top of my head, it gets greasy looking and flat where it was tied. do you have any tips for that?
Missed you!!
I’ve missed you all and being on here! Glad to be posting a bit again ❤️
Do you just use mousse in the morning too? How do you keep your volume after applying the product on day 2? Diffuse afterwards?
