I love the fact that Nike is making tons of pairs of general releases and brining back certain collabs which are marked up considerably on the resale market.

Nike would he so much more rich if they released all these pairs that are selling for outrageous prices on the resell market. Cause people will continue to cop them to get them for retail and wear them. Resellers are greedy and get on my nerves. Especially when you go to sell them something and they won’t give you 5 or 10$ more but then when they want you to come down 5 or 10$ they say come on it’s just 5-10$😂

It’s a shame shops like this are all going to go under. But at the end of a day, reselling products of another company is never a good business model. Also having to pay sales tax on an item that’s already been taxed. Wish you , Hidden Realm, and sneaker soufflé the best but hard times ahead
They will be fine. Their business is based on margins, not on product value. Just like a stock broker, price goes up or down it doesn't matter because they make money (their percentage) on it either way.

They don’t make their product so Joe Schmo can start his own business selling mainly their product 2x-3x what they’re making (NIKE). They have a whole team to try to Sabatoge your business. How do they do that, keep releasing high demand products. Eliminating its exclusivity. And resell value. They’re not killing the sneaker market they’re killing the resell sneaker market. Is consumers are happy with that. You business owners are upset.

We switch off every Saturday per store. But ppl do tend to line up before we open. It’s one per person. We post all the shoes on Friday night on Instagram

Now real sneakerheads can get their hands on sneakers instead of resellers who dont even care about shoes and only want them for hype and to feel like they have something exclusive.
