We had the same issue one night on a project car. Boost cut for days, ended up using a big T & a little T a few inches a part & the cut seemed to literally vanish. Idk very much about turbos just throwing what worked for us. Good luck & I'm seriously proud of how far Hondaru has come!

that pan needs addressing the g force when you launch on the strip might slosh oil away from the pickup, cause you know the motor is not in the configuration it was designed to run. i think touge factory (the guys with the 240 swap kit) have a rwd low profile trapdoor pan.

My brother and i have 4 days on a 2004 mustang oil change lol. Had to drill out plug and then retrieve half oil plug inside pan lol got it out and it's leaking oil another 5 quart. All good stay positive little @a time.

Nate Kuhn you should really learn about what you’re responding to before you write a comment. The only reason a Subaru has a rumble is because of the headers being unequal . It has nothing to do with flat engine vs inline engine . Any engine can be made to make this sound. There are headers for Honda’s to replicate this exact sound . The original reason for Subaru engines having unequal headers is because they needed space under the engine bay for a turbo to be placed. Secondly , unequal headers are bad for every engine and the exact reason the new FA engine and soon to come FB engine doesn’t use them. This is also the reason that many high HP Subaru Sti builds don’t use them either. Just search unequal Headers for Honda on UA-cam and you will see many examples. 01GTB Daily the unequal length headers on a Subaru has nothing to do with turbo placement. It has everything to do with how the EJ series engines are tuned from factory. The FA is a completely different build and a completely different tune, hence why they don’t come from the factory with unequal length headers, yet the turbo is still in the same exact place in the FA as it is in a stock EJ. Weird.

Just google what you’re going to say before you say it and learn something. It has nothing to do with the tune . The length of the headers on a ej are unequal which causes the exhaust gasses to create a air pocket in the exhaust. They are unequal because they needed room on one side of the engine bay for a turbo . Edit: this also explains why someone with a stock EJ series WRX can swap to equal length headers while doing nothing else and lose the rumble.

With this engine they can ... i believe thats the same engine in the white mr2 and maybe they can get 1k when they change the turbo a bit
