I swear the scenery in this game is terribly under appreciated for how damn beautiful it is.
i have about a gig of pictures mainly consisting of the scenery in and out of dungeons.
Try playing them game in 4k.. you can count the LEAVES!!!!
Some extra shades etc and and a lot of space on my hard drive I have like 5 GB of Screenshots etc and it gets better that I got friends to play with with makes these scenes even better (gpose etc)
Slow dancing + Sped up backgrounds was some fucking awesome editing man, great job.
GoldenTotProductions I can't imagine how tedious it was having to count the frames of the animation and pick out those specific frames at specifc points in eozera time.

yes? no? I didn't really edit frame by frame, and if you were to look closely some of the time lapses have a bit of jittery-ness to them. All I did was set up a program to take screenshots repeatedly and then strung those together.
I have watched this way more times than I'd like to admit.

the time lapses with the slow dance + sped up backgrounds continue to blow my mind because of how smooth it came out like i do not understand how it's so smooth who did you sell your soul to h o w?
***** He's explained it on his tumblr. The dance is 7 ish seconds long, so he had a program take a screenshot every 7 seconds to keep the dancing smooth but have the appearance of the BG moving at super speed.

Your hard work really shows! This is absolutely stunning as a video, and seeing all these different heavensward areas is beautiful.
I keep coming back to this video to watch it. Lost count of how many times. And every time, it makes me love the game even more. One of the best videos on youtube, full stop. You have some serious talent.
Been watching this now every few months or so. The song combined with the complex cinematography just transforms me to a different world. Hard to explain, almost like It gives me memories that don't exist. Crazy video.

FFXIV does have nice landscape. This video does so well showcasing the land in Eorzea. Plus, the sped up Vanu Vanu Dance had my crackling my lungs out.
It's pretty funny to see the slow-motion add on fast-skipping background, and its effect on this FFXIV MV is amasing ! :D
And the birdmen's superfast dance makes me laugh out loud at the very moment I saw it. Really enjoy this video :)
