I am really sorry for everyone not being able to use this product. I bet you all have thrown it out by now, totally understandable. But I also find that after opening it I was able to use it again and then struggled to get more product out!! Frustrated I closed it up and put it away then later I came back to it opened it and it worked again. Then stopped! I was fed up, so I closed it then opened it and was able to use it again. It is annoying having to close it and open it everytime but this is how I am able to use it. Cheers girls and I hope you can work it out 🎉
Hello I just had to comment and let you know that the product is amazing. When I first purchased this I used it and the product would not work just like you but the bottom of the pen twists also and it lets out more powder. Believe me it works. Just keep trying and you will notice that there is plenty of product it's just a bit confusing to use when you don't know how.
@@crazyaboutcolors. Try putting the product in the lid giving it a little shake and then use. I found it works better this way. It's rather annoying having to do that but if it is the only other way then I have no choice. But mine works this way.
Mere saath bhi ye hi hua ye product one time use ke baad atleast 2-3 min wait karke dubara use karo continuesly use nahi hota one touch up ke baad 2-3 min wait karke phir karo touch up actually it's not worth the price i bought for rs 289 from Amazon 👎

I am the only one disagreeing but that's because I figured it out. Twist the tiny end and more product comes out. It's not going to burst out because if it does your product will fall out everywhere and it's then useless. It gradually lets out powder. Keep trying.

This is really very good products.. Because... The black bowder is cap inside... Touch your finger... After use. Its very nice work.
Im using this product regularly n it works well on hairthining n minor blade. U have to dip the sponge in cap properly. Cost is 130 in meshoo
