The merkaba meditation is quite hard, visualisation is fine I am very visual breathing is great I just have this feeling of difficulty... and I don't understand why I feel so drawn to it and I feel my twinflame near me too when I practice it but I also feel explosive and feel negative energy trying to distract me from merkaba will merkaba help me enhance my healing abilities? I believe they will today my head felt it was exploding and I felt high anxiety I didn't know how to fight back I body was shaking, I felt so tired, angry, sad but then after a few moments it went away this happened to me on two occasions in the day, then I felt my mum and her partners mood today they were irritated I put my shield up and I was all good then but still tired love and light.
