Ocean Academy is a college under the School of Engineering of Zhejiang University. It is located in Zhoushan Island and is the first Zhejiang University institution outside Hangzhou. The college participated in a number of national marine science projects such as the development of the Dragon Dragons. As the first campus other than Hangzhou, the campus is centered on the library, the west side is the research cluster, and the north side is the residential cluster. There is a sightseeing tower standing on the top of the campus center. The campus building adopts the same white stone base and red brick outer wall as the Yuquan campus, representing the historical heritage of the university
