Heaven and Hell could be the same thing as reincarnation where heaven is moving up the ladder to better life experience and Hell is comparable to moving down the ladder into less desirable experience
Not exactly but if one goes into a state of Guilt, They're basically in hell until they are self-aware but it becomes difficult bcz we don't know the difference between Watching and taking care of oneself.

It’s not a theory, because it is a fact. There is only one God and according to the Bible the only way for you to enter the kingdom of heaven is through Jesus Christ alone for he is the only One who came to pay it all on the cross with His blood for every sin of the world. And this also means one thing, that our God is just in all his ways and his initial plan (when creating a human) was to give him a choice to either choose God or his own selfish ways, but being deceived by the serpent (aka Lucifer) they both fell short of the glory of God, inevitably putting us in a position where we have to put all our trust into Jesus and have a relationship with him before we can inherit the kingdom of God. Keep in mind that hell is only for the Devil and his angels for going against God and his only goal is to bring as much of us to hell as he can because of so much envy and resentment he has towards God for he himself wanted to be like Him.
in fact i do believe a lot of these theories could be linked and once we come up with a better view of the afterlife we will have a more complete accurate picture

us buddhists believe in 3 mentioned in this video. heaven and hell, reincarnation, and nirvana. we believe heaven and hell is only temporary, and after your time either in heaven or hell runs out, you get reincarnated back to earth for a new life. (reincarnation). and obviously we believe in nirvana.
i'm a buddhist from myanmar what you mention reincarnation was not that way in buddhism there's no soul or thing to reincanate it's cause&effect not like you mention in the video.

Here from india , originally reincarnation was of bodhi dharma but as it spread to other countries it was modified to that countrys culture and belief
