The Authority of Finality and The Authority of Origin in raw power are equal. Don't forget that Finality and Origin are completely different and none controls the other. Homu Labs has a video explaining that better. Also we don't know what her powers do nor any information about the full extent of her autority but in order to be able to cut off the will of honkai from controling the Herrschers I would say its pretty damn strong.

Hot take but We really don’t know just how strong Elysia is Kevin and Mobius suspected she is holding back her powers The Authority of Origin still remains unknown, even with Chapter 31-34. All we know is it can cut the strings of fate that binds humanity and only Aponia can see, The Authority of Origin is the reason human herrschers have their will, and it can open the door to the Cocoon of Finality. Other than that, it hasn’t really been shown in battle what it can do. This can either be Ellie is weak or she’s hella busted. Yet again, she was a herrscher that wasn’t supposed to exist in Finality’s order, which also can make a bunch of sense Hopefully, Mei can probably show a bit more of Origin’s Authority in chapter 35

I could say only Mei can toe to toe with Kiana since both herrscher of origin and finality connected to each other like Elysia being key factor to weaken HoTe back then. Kiana finality losses as from the recent leaks we can see that it took three them and many help from outside people's to defeat deliverence kevin and its stated that herrscher Elysia is closer or stronger than deliverence kevin. Also as far as I think that the new herrscher trio has power level equal or above kalpas.
To my knowledge, it was never stated that Elysia was anywhere close to Kevin's Deliverance form, who is mind you, a Chirmera possessing over a hundered Honkai Beast genes, two confirmed Vipralopa genes, and Garuda's absurd regen, in terms of power, she just said she had Kevin level strenght, never Deliverance level strenght. (And with the fact that Kevin most likely possesses a good chunk of Finality's power, not more than Kiana, along with STIGMA backing him up in strenght) And even if she was holding back her power, Origin isn't all that powerful really, all it does (to our current lore knowledge) is let the user "connect to the Honkai" and some powers like best Honkai energy manipulation, but nothing other than that as far as we know. (And there's also the fact that Origin was never stated to be all that speciál, as Finality is the only True Herrscher, Origin is definitely just another shadow, it may be a little stronger than some Authorities, but it's not that special) And not to mention that HoT Mei (while yes, she had all the signets, but still) fought HoO Elysia on an equal ground. Kalpas may be strong, but even he was no match to PE as he died in the first 5 minutes. And it's strongly sudgested that AHR Hua was more powerful than Kalpas due to Kevin needing to use Diabolical to beat her, unlike with Kalpas who was implied (not confirmed, so také that as you will) to be beaten by regular Kevin. So while Elysia is strong, against either Finality Kiana or HotE form GGZ she's toast.
Help from outside world was needed because Kevin held part of finality in the fight. It's like Deliverance mode Kevin+PS+Part of authority of finality>Kiana with part of finality+HoO+HoTR
HOFi is more like an incomplete HOTE. HOFi hasn't absorbed the Cocoon of Finality along with completely absorbing every single Authority in the original Lineup, HOFi is also yet to master all of Honkai itself. HOTE has full control of Honkai, has completely absorbed all authority and Cores of the original Lineup. HOO is excluded from HOTE since HOO Core and Authority isn't from the original Lineup AKA HOO is not a part of HOTE

Technically, we haven't even seen much of what the authority of origin can do, powers may differ since its elysia we're talkin bout. But theorically wise, i think ely is on par with HoTE in terms of raw power and authority since it can cut of the fate between the cocoon and humans. U've gotta have enough power to do so unless hoyo's playin the counter type attack stronger card. Then agn, don't forget the ely we know always fights honkai with a smile face like she didn't even broke a sweat, back then in prev era its not like she lost the war or somethin, more like she just intended to suicide for the humans of current era thats all.

Well, some people think that Hoyo Cosmology is so confusing and bad but you have to remember that GGZ basically created all the games in Hoyoverse, that's why GGZ characters are far more superior and will always neg diff any characters from other Hoyo games. Other Hoyo games like Genshing, HI3, and HSR are basically just bubble universes that were created in GGZ. Also you have to remember that all of the Hoyo games have different "power scaling" so we can't really put another character from another Hoyo game to fight against another Hoyo game character since that's where all the confusion starts, since every universe in Hoyo verse have different power scaling, etc.
i think even with the finality power Elysia would win cause last era herrscher were strong than twice or even thrice than this era cause Prometheus had weakened the herrscher of this era to make humanity easily defeat honkai only strong herrscher I see was sirin(somehow she got 4 gems 1 core and Fenghuang plumes which make her strong as last era HoV) and the 10th herrscher(this era it could easily make new puppets and "steals" other herrscher power, last era is just a bunch of ppl unorganized and got a faint fragment of each herrscher power), Herrscher of corruption have potential but she was dead before fully burst out her powers. Elysia is ranked second about power to Kevin but when she fully transformed to HoH she easily beats out Kevin even in the ICHOR form(Kevin also have a deliverance form but I hasn't out so I can only compare to the strongest form that has leaked), and in ICHOR form HoFs(flame scion) kiana can't even touched his toes if he's goes out in deliverance form it would be the actual end for humanity(this form only slightly stronger than elysia's HoH). I'm pretty sure for Hax, Origin and Finality/End, they are on the same level. Origin has to be to be able to NTR HotE of her proper reset and Honkai absolute control over all Herrschers. Also HotE seem more like a machine going through with a program so I would say Elysia overral IQ/battle IQ is vastly more than HotE. As for Finality Kiana, eh...depend on whether it was pre-cocoon or not. And I don't think ANY base (none-herrscher) Kiana is comparible to Elysia regardless of whatever verse she is from.

(And there's also the fact that Origin was never stated to be all that speciál, as Finality is the only True Herrscher, Origin is definitely just another shadow, it may be a little stronger than some Authorities, but it's not that special)
And not to mention that HoT Mei (while yes, she had all the signets, but still) fought HoO Elysia on an equal ground.
Kalpas may be strong, but even he was no match to PE as he died in the first 5 minutes. And it's strongly sudgested that AHR Hua was more powerful than Kalpas due to Kevin needing to use Diabolical to beat her, unlike with Kalpas who was implied (not confirmed, so také that as you will) to be beaten by regular Kevin.
So while Elysia is strong, against either Finality Kiana or HotE form GGZ she's toast.
Help from outside world was needed because Kevin held part of finality in the fight. It's like Deliverance mode Kevin+PS+Part of authority of finality>Kiana with part of finality+HoO+HoTR

HOFi hasn't absorbed the Cocoon of Finality along with completely absorbing every single Authority in the original Lineup, HOFi is also yet to master all of Honkai itself.
HOTE has full control of Honkai, has completely absorbed all authority and Cores of the original Lineup.
HOO is excluded from HOTE since HOO Core and Authority isn't from the original Lineup AKA HOO is not a part of HOTE

I still can't see why origin should be below finality. I mean they are like 2 sides of a coin. That and we have never seen how strong Origin actually is
Technically, we haven't even seen much of what the authority of origin can do, powers may differ since its elysia we're talkin bout. But theorically wise, i think ely is on par with HoTE in terms of raw power and authority since it can cut of the fate between the cocoon and humans. U've gotta have enough power to do so unless hoyo's playin the counter type attack stronger card. Then agn, don't forget the ely we know always fights honkai with a smile face like she didn't even broke a sweat, back then in prev era its not like she lost the war or somethin, more like she just intended to suicide for the humans of current era thats all.

Well, some people think that Hoyo Cosmology is so confusing and bad but you have to remember that GGZ basically created all the games in Hoyoverse, that's why GGZ characters are far more superior and will always neg diff any characters from other Hoyo games. Other Hoyo games like Genshing, HI3, and HSR are basically just bubble universes that were created in GGZ. Also you have to remember that all of the Hoyo games have different "power scaling" so we can't really put another character from another Hoyo game to fight against another Hoyo game character since that's where all the confusion starts, since every universe in Hoyo verse have different power scaling, etc.

i think even with the finality power Elysia would win cause last era herrscher were strong than twice or even thrice than this era cause Prometheus had weakened the herrscher of this era to make humanity easily defeat honkai only strong herrscher I see was sirin(somehow she got 4 gems 1 core and Fenghuang plumes which make her strong as last era HoV) and the 10th herrscher(this era it could easily make new puppets and "steals" other herrscher power, last era is just a bunch of ppl unorganized and got a faint fragment of each herrscher power), Herrscher of corruption have potential but she was dead before fully burst out her powers. Elysia is ranked second about power to Kevin but when she fully transformed to HoH she easily beats out Kevin even in the ICHOR form(Kevin also have a deliverance form but I hasn't out so I can only compare to the strongest form that has leaked), and in ICHOR form HoFs(flame scion) kiana can't even touched his toes if he's goes out in deliverance form it would be the actual end for humanity(this form only slightly stronger than elysia's HoH). So I think Elysia will win hard in this.

HoH Elysia is not a regular herrscher. She is equal or greater than HoTE and outside of cocoon of finality and samsara of honkai.
I think Herrscher of Finality and Herrscher of Origin should be draw or a tie, because you cannot have a finale without the origin, and also the fact that Elysia is one of the characters that helped kiana that made her not to lose her mind from possessing Finality, because it is said that Kiana would lose her mind due to the nature of Finality so Elysia intervened so that she would be sane.
There is no mention of that, though (Kiana saying or a statement that Kiana would lose her mind, Origin only HELPED GUIDE Kiana to the Cocoon). I'm pretty sure for Hax, Origin and Finality/End, they are on the same level. Origin has to be to be able to NTR HotE of her proper reset and Honkai absolute control over all Herrschers.
Also HotE seem more like a machine going through with a program so I would say Elysia overral IQ/battle IQ is vastly more than HotE.
As for Finality Kiana, eh...depend on whether it was pre-cocoon or not.
