They are all actually Dante Must Die difficulty. It doesn't seem like it for Berial and Bael because I forgot to disable the timer. Echidna always dies quickly to Vergil. And when I killed Angelo Credo, his Devil Trigger aura remained. But it doesn't really matter, because I uploaded Vergil's Boss Rush 2, where it's all DMD, no damage, and finishing off with GMD Dante (who of course, damages me, but whatevs).
