What's up bro, you will have to pay for taxes and possibly shipping (they do have a free option) but overall it's a cool site. I just traded opposite of you, got rid of my S1, Panasonic 24-105, Ursa mini Pro 4.6k G1 and a fuji XH2s for two S5ii's. Sorry I skipped in the video but why are you going for the OG S5? I had one originally before my S1 and the micro HDMI was what I disliked about it for video plus the recording limits. S1 fixed all of those problems for me plus had open gate.
@guidedvisionsmedia All good man! So a couple reasons for the OG S5. 1. Price lol. I can get a bunch and then have the same look and file types on a multicam shoot. 2. I almost exclusively film in BRAW now. Don't get me wrong, the S5iix was an awesome camera but it had the same exact BRAW codecs to choose from as the S5 and other than the HDMI port (I totally feel ya there) the rest of the s5iix features ended up not really changing the game for me. There's a micro to full hdmi accessory that use and definitely helps with connectivity and signal strength. 3. No record limits when externally recording. When recording externally to a blackmagic video assist, you can do 4k BRAW in 12 bit, and I really love the 12 bit look and editing capabilities. Big files obviously, but I think it's worth it. That all said, I think the S5ii's are gonna be great and thanks for the heads up on the shipping and tax! I was curious about that lol. And hope the response isn't too long, but great question!
