You can always buy a mill tester so next time you have to do is put that tester right up against the part and it will tell you exactly how thick the powder is on there. And she can always go over top of the old powder, it’s a little harder to get it to stick you have to really know what you’re doing I’ve done it before. But it’s not that easy, you have to really have a good powder coating system.

He can’t, it would have to be a custom kit and idk if they’d even do that. F150s have IFS which isn’t capable of having an any level. So he’d have to solid axle swap it, then do shit to the frame. And you can’t install it yourself. Only any level certified installers can

I love how the shortys look but hate how they tow. They are a great street truck, but when you go to pull a heavy long trailer, they get all swirly. I love my excursion but wish the wheel base was longer like my step-dads f350 drw.

I used to powder coat for a living for five years that’s the only reason I’m saying what I’m about to say. But that bracket that you showed you can tell the powder is very light. It’s supposed to be a minimum of 2 1/2 mm thick and I can tell that’s nowhere near that thick. It looks like it’s fish eyeing pretty good.
