I will be there for my 50th birthday at the end of May. Within the first year, but enough time to work out a few kinks. It will also be my first ever cruise. Can't wait! Definitely looks fun!
The fact that Disney is NOT supplying a tram back and forth to the ship is BEYOND PATHETIC and CHEAP
They do have shuttles for disabled guests, and it’s about the same walk guests have to Disney’s other tropical island. But this was a VERY hot walk with no shade. Some enhancements are needed ASAP

It’s a really long name and was a very hot day. Probably best for me to stick to “Lookout Cay” and forget the “Lighthouse Point on the Island of Eleuthera” part. But the most important thing is to pronounce “Cay” correctly. It’s pronounced “Key.” Almost all the guests get that wrong.
Great job, Dusty! Heat and lack of shade aren’t anything to mess around with. Shame on Disney for not having the foresight to provide shade and water! One case of 🥵🔥heatstroke and they’ll be wishing they hadn’t rushed guests to this island.
