Note:That camouflage pattern that Franklin is wearing is MARPAT and is used in the US Marines,The US Army uses the OCP camo,why did they want to have different camos,I don’t even know why

I believe it’s because the branches wanted to stand out from one another. (That and they had enough money for that.)
Plus, GTA V seems to have members from both the Marines and Army, along with the Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard here. The wikis mentions the game taking design cues from real-life Army and Marine Corps uniforms, as well as some soldiers declaring themselves to be part of the United States Marine Corps in their quotes.
