Sorry for the late reply. I earned it in f2p long before I ever got members. You just can't equip it. Unless they changed something, and didn't tell anyone, it should still be earnable in f2p.

Elaborates have the best drop table for irons.
Aren’t they basically the same drops but the Ornate’s have better rates?
@@TheLumbridgeKnight there are a few more iron man esential items in elaborates. Ornates are primarily gear.
