Good tutorial. I've been using Google Earth Studio for many months. But I haven't used it recently. Today I started a new project and noticed the cursor will not change to a pointer in the Top view as your does @38:41. It just stays as the hand. It used to work. I'm using the latest Chrome browsers with Windows 10. Is your Google Earth Studio still working properly with the cursor in the Top view showing a pointer instead of hand? I've tried right clicking... it never changes and there I can no longer modify the camera points.
