Biggest key, is to use it like the real world airburst RPG. Long range, no friendlies or turrets along the flight path, and above the enemies heads. Since it explodes from above, hitting weak spots is very easy and cover is irrelevant. That is the path of the airburst rocket launcher.
Every video where I see someone using this rocket launcher for some reason they just cannot understand it's not a armor piercing rocket! It is a cluster bomb rocket. You cannot aim directly at something on the ground. You aim above the target, so that the cluster bombs fall to blow it up. If the target is in the air yes you can aim directly at it. If it's on the ground simply aim above it. Works the same way in real life as it does in the game..
A friend and me played using the recoilless (Gustav) and the airburst, carrying each other's backpacks for doing Team reloads. It was very efficient and fun
I think this is the perfect weapon fr defend missions or mission do not require you to travel through the map. Just wait for the drop ship or bug breach and weaken the enemy force from afar.

Once I saw that purple question mark as an equipment on my squadmate. It was the backpack or the secondary weapon.
Use on teMs of small bits to get the corsair I think is the best way but on helldive I only really see devastators and tank patrols
