TXT are very versatile, but I’d honestly say TXT fits a lot in the band sound/genre or alt rock type of genre. I hope they do more of that genre (while still experimenting since they’re an experimental group as well).
They speak English very well all of them actually and they have an English song it was a b-side from their last album it’s called magic
The members are all very fluent in English. Yeonjun lived in America for 2 years growing up so when he speaks English now there is no accent or anything, he sounds like a local guy from California or something. Kai was born in America and knows the language fully but gets shy/nervous speaking English since he grew up in China and Korea. The other 3 also know English pretty well, wouldn’t say fluent but they could hold a conversation by themselves. They also released their first English b-side called Magic did pretty well on American radio for their first song, Magic was also performed on James Corden and Stephen Colbert. They also have several covers on their UA-cam channel of songs fully in English from Avril Lavigne to Justin Bieber.
The songs they released in 2021 show the growth that it sounds like you want to hear from them. I would recommend their title songs 0X1=Lovesong with came out in May and then Loser=Lover which came out in August. Frost came out on the same album as 0X1=Lovesong but its MV came out later in the year and I would also recommend that song.

The one you said having good pronunciation is Soobin, he's not the best in speaking English but he's a perfectionist with his singing that the way he pronounce is closest to perfect ^^
Soobin is kind of like Jungkook in that way
