Yes thats accurate. The Vulcan is a true cruiser. Its " happy place " is 20 to 70 miles per hr.Like I said if you want to drive cross country I'd get a bigger bike.
Ive had the bike for 10 yrs.Im 5 ft 10 ,220 lbs.I used to ride with my gf on the back often. The bike has never felt like it was straining or lacking in power. Its very smooth with plenty of get up and go.
Not likely on a stock vn900 the rev limiter stopped mine from breaking 90 mph ! Mine will do over a 100 mph now but stock it would not break 90 mph ! I put fuel managment , that blocks the rev limiter ,larger air cleaner, larger front pelley, smaller bake pulley and a 200 rear tire ! Maybe he thinks klicks are mph ? Looking at the vid and knowing the speedo readings it looked more like 80mph or maybe 90 mph ! Have to call BS on this one !
Dale I dont know what a stock limiter is and why you question my post.I think a person who knows anything about bikes would expect a 900 cc motorcycles to be anle to go over a100 miles an hr.Are you just trying to be controversial or are you just a pompous ass ?
You'll never see 120 on this bike if it's stock unless you're going downhill. The 900 Vulcan is not made for top-end, it has extreme high torque and Power through all the gears. Great for mountain roads where you need power and engine braking
Top for me was 95. Sure there was some vibration nothing crazy. The 900 is a great machine!
110 On My 2019 Vulcan.love it. It's A Roller! Kawasaki, Vulcan Hell Yeah!!!
At the end of the day it's only a 900
I have got the custom with a 230 on the back rides really good
Love my vulcan 900 LT
100 mph on a Vulcan and that bad boy is vibrating and the engine is screaming

Can it pull up mountains without having to downshift making the motor angry?

I just do the speed limit, keeps me out of trouble.
When I go under the sign Im doing about 105.The guy on the bike I passed was doing 70 mph...Top speed on this bike is maybe 115
I don't do over 75 on mine. Starts getting sketchy
@@brandonwiz Brandon install some vibration dampening grips. Its amazing how much smoother the bike rides.BTW sometimes you have to go over 70 my man !

Had mine to 120 once down hill 2 people, otherwise 110-115complete max
Yes I agree. Like I said these are cruisers and not really made for speed. Plus why do we need to be going 115 mph anyway ? lol
Whats the top speed on this bike??
Maybe 120 tops.Fair amount of vibration at higher speeds.Recommend installing vibration dampening grips

@@keepittwisted3805 I agree. You will be lucky to hit 90.
@@richeemills8533 I can hit 105.
But I have the front pulley upgraded
How bad was that wind on your chest brother? 😆..I did 111mph on my c50. That wind killed me
Ha yes its alot of wind resistance. To be honest the 900 is built for cruising and the most comfortable speed is 30 to 70 mph on these.
Is it stock?
Yes and BTW the top speed is maybe 120 tops.Theres a fair amount of vibration once you hit 70.I would recommend buying vibration dampening grips.
