as a trans person, i do appreciate the discussion on the topic. I do find any sort of gender discrimination extremely washy and it's so politically hazardous as it applies to our medical and general rights. i do appreciate kvv's comment on this being such an incremental issue that should only apply to pro sports. that's why the organized bodies should be better at making the distinguishing gender and sex with their different tours (as people in general should be way better at anyway) also, Jordan's segment there is awesome! golf video game lost media is a merge of some of my favorite stuff

This is some bullshit. I'd agree that there is a competitive advantage if literally ANY TRANS PERSON HAD EVER WON A LPGA EVENT. The only relevant trans golfer failed to even qualify for the LPGA. Like yeah if trans folks dominated the sport for a year, you'd have an argument, but that just straight up hasn't happened. Any assumptions that claim that trans women have an implicit advantage just has not been proven.
Well, golf is protected by the fact that Annika and Michelle have tried to qualify for men’s events. That being said, the time is coming…And such a player wouldn’t have to “dominate”, simply getting through QSchool takes away a spot from a real girl.
