But when features are more like the problem i am facing is to train an ANN model for credit card fraud transactions but unable to go beyond 81 or 82 percent precision and recall rate but random forest simply has given 97 or more precision and recall rate...i have tried l1, l2, drop out, weights and now looking for stacked model but these techniques of l1, l2 and dropout are useless
