I used to be in Radio early 00s during the TI beef .. Flip came to the station I worked at he was doing a show here .. we were about to take a pic .. Flip said hold on .. he took a chain off and put a green clover on me and said “if I got a chain in the pic my homie gotta have a chain on too in the pic” … so til this day I cut for Flip and back that dude anytime I can and will tell this true story forever .. because he’s never acted “too good”

I'm from Atlanta so I am a huge TI fan but looking back on it the reason TI was mad is because Flip was really a threat. He could have easily had the same mainstream success as TI If he went that route.
