8:19 wow you're literally saving me 2 years because that's how long it would take me to read a 300 page book these days.
Your right.
I've made lists before while doing building projects.
Then doing a final list of little finishing jobs for each room of a house.
When you have 5 minutes spare or have a tube of silicon open, you have walked past the job sheet a few times already that day.
Suddenly the few minutes before lunchtime or home time are used for constructive things.
Projects are done in the correct order.
I never thought to use this idea for my upcoming van build project but I will now..

OMG that’s what I just did. I bought a notebook to help organize my thoughts. It’s helped tremendously. I never thought of the fact tho that the brain isn’t meant to store ideas 😮 lol ok so glad I’m on the right track

This was so helpful to me today. I'm a big list person and I get away from it when I get overwhelmed. This summer and fall has been overwhelming so I need to restart these practices. 👍

Saw the reveal van video last night, am impressed as always with the work. Question Does the Dometic toilet get moved out when using the shower? { I have not traveled, used them or any other type of toilet besides a flush.}
Looks amazing! Especially that shot through the back doors. Any tips on getting that great smooth paint finish? I'm about to embark on painting the walls and cabinets but my test piece didn't look very good.
It's a very tedious process! I've found the best thing to do is start sanding with a lower grit (like 150) all the way up to 300. Then wipe the walls down with mineral spirits and wait a few hours before painting. Best of luck!!

I watch a guy on TV who does van builds (Van Go) and what he does is, have a client get their own van and then he works with the client to see what their needs are cause everyone has got different needs, then he goes to work. Just saying it might be easier and less stressful to have the client first maybe and also if it's their own van it's one less thing your responsible for down the road. Yep a pun. It might help to relieve a little stress this way but no matter how you go about it best of luck for the new business.
Yes we've done client builds as well which are really fun! This was just a great way for us to get some creativity out that's been building up inside of us after doing so many client builds haha
what kind of vans or are good to convert? Biggest concern I have is finding one tall enough to stand up in...I'm actually thinking of converting one into a mobile musical inst repair shop

I’ve always been a list maker, just not much of a list finisher. I try, really I do. It’s just that the list keeps getting longer and I never reach the end. BTW, did you know “SUSBCRIBE …watch more” at the end has been misspelled.
I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing not to be a list finisher as long as you're always adding stuff to your list and revisiting it! Haha yeah it's been like that for a while now😂 Thank you!
