Judging from the turbans and caps, ~ 5:30, some are from Egypt, maybe Lybia. He must have traveled to the desert since he meets Bedouin ladies near the end.
I'm not sure about the others. However, the images between 2.20-3.45 are from Istanbul, the city where I lived. Istanbul Galata district.
