Ready For Change | Preparing For The NAR Settlement

Beginning August 17, some changes will take effect under the terms of the recent NAR Settlement. These include the requirement of buyer-agency agreements and the removal of co-op
offers in the MLS. You can also expect new conversations with sellers as relates to offers of compensation.
We will spend the next few weeks talking about how to prepare and move forward with confidence. In this first video, Thad and Amy talk about several resources you can access now, as well as maintaining a positive mindset, just like you have during other pivotal market changes.
