For real! My friends introduced me to it a few weeks ago, and I'm really looking forward to new episodes airing. It helps that it's pretty accurate in it's portrayal of cell's roles in the body.

I love how the editor orders the segments at the end based on how frequent there are; so people who only watch the gameplay can leave at the science stuff, those that just want the extra sure stuff can leave at the Ruby stuff, then those of us who find that adorable can stick around for the full thing.
The thing you were describing about people seeing weird coincidences but ignoring everything else that doesn't fit their narrative is "confirmation bias"
i think it was more about the probabilistic part of it as opposed to the social part.

I agree, since organic compounds are going to be in the order of C H O and a common element has the symbol Na exists I feel this makes this very likely to happen and so if you play scrabble with some other formula that spells out a word and if it's common enough, one of these compounds are likely to be associated somehow with the word they spell out somehow.

I think of it more as a practical example of “a million monkeys on a million typewriters.” Nachos are truly a Shakespearean phenomenon.

Entropie - I didn’t say it was a fallacy. Those are yours and Carl’s observations. Mine was that it seems like a practical example of the “Infinite monkey theorem.”
Further edit: I disagree with it being an example of the Texas Sharpshooter fallacy, as it’s not related to a cluster of results. It’s one coincidence, like if one out of infinite monkeys with infinite typewriters accidentally wrote the works of William Shakespeare. Forgive me this cheesy joke, but it seems like you’re looking for patterns while ignoring the outlying data.
I find it interesting that no one seems to have considered that the creator of nacho cheese might have just looked at the chemical letters and derived the name of the cheese from it.

I'm ready for the new era of Mario Maker Meta where it's just Cp1 to anti-softlock.
It looks like at the end of that 1-1 troll, the intention of the setup was to push the launcher up so you couldn't hit the top of the flagpole, and would instead run past and end up in conveyor of doom land, and reveal that you were supposed to go down to the bottom, where the launcher was lifted out of the way of the bottom tile of flagpole. But it wasn't implemented properly and allowed you to get the top anyway.
Glad to see you playing a catears level. Catears makes amazing troll levels. The glitch version of this level was especially hilarious.

@CarlSagan42 Have you ever watched the Netflix Anime 'Cells at Work' It's an anime that is basically about the circularity system and immunity cells. Also, how do you know that the person who name Nacho cheese didn't know the molecular compound and named it that way.
That's what I thought immediately when i heard him talking about nachos, so I looked it up! Apparently, they are named after the man who invented them, so it really is a coincidence.
I mean it's not a Netflix anime, but yeah I immediately thought of this when he started talking about macrophages

Heya Carl! When you're recording just for UA-cam, see if you can record the game and the webcam separately. This way your lovely editor can easily move the camera around whenever it covers something relevant.
And also having better resolution for doing closeups on the camera.
There is a way to do that I THINK but s kind of complex. Do you know an easier way?

That first level used the glitchy sound effect a lot to cover up things like on off switch noises.
You know, I knew about the whole citric acid/sodium citrate being used to keep cheese liquid at cooler temps without it separating, but somehow I either forgot or never noticed that the chemical formula for sodium citrate spelled nacho
