- Talk about a bargain...if you can even call it that. In this video I finish up my short trip for the United 737 MAX 9 Re-inaugural aboard a JetBlue Airways E190 up to Pittsburgh, PA. For all the perks that JetBlue has to offer vs an alternative like Spirit or Southwest on the route, this was a major steal and one of the best flights I've ever been on all things considered. Even though their prices aren't usually as cheap as $24 and their newer planes have slightly different seats, I still highly recommend flying JetBlue as they are easily one of the best airlines in the US. Always enjoy flying with them and this flight just further brought that thought home. Hope y'all enjoy!

There is no reason they should do that. JB lost huge money on that flight with such low fares and low load factor.
That’s very lucky that the ticket was cheap and the WiFi was free. That’s another reason I want to give JetBlue a try, and also because I’ve definitely never traveled on that airline before.

I flew JetBlue one time out of Fort Lauderdale I was going to St. Thomas, I flew on there a320 and e190 both of those flights were all in even more space I flew blue extra it was very nice.

I flew one of JetBlue's e190s last year from Dallas to jfk. I splurged on a extra legroom seat. It was an enjoyable flight though the plane was showing its age. I'm looking forward to trying their a220-300 soon.
Love nighttime flying and I have not tried Jetblue but you made it look like a great experience.

I've never understood the hate against E170/190 family. It has bigger windows, you either get a window or an aisle seat, it has wider seats than 737 and a320 family, typically you get +30 inches of pitch, quicker boarding and deplaning... How not to love it? The ONLY downside I see is that overhead bins are on the small side.
Nice report. I have yet to try JetBlue but am considering them for a trip from MCO to JFK. For that matter, have you ever stayed at the TWA Hotel at JFK?
It is sad that true route was axed but I’m guessing the $24 fares and half full E190s had something to do with that. One flight isn’t much of a sample but clearly that isn’t very sustainable. That’s too bad. Glad you had a great trip on a great little airline (and happy they were on time!)

The Airbus A220 is replacing the Embraer 190s in JetBlue's fleet
It's replacing A320's on some routes as well, for example ABQ-JFK
Yeah slowly, They arent fully retiring the E190s for a while
@@MHTPlanespotting It will take a while for JB to take delivery of the 220s given it's very low production rate, and JB is probably trying to space out the investment over time

I haven't fly on JetBlue E190's now that they'll be phasing out there entire E190's with the New Airbus A220-300's which will soon be 70 Planes by the end of 2025.

Telling you FLL is trash especially 3 and 4, at least 1 and 2 they are renovated or at least renovating which is why The World According to Briggs is telling everyone to fly into Miami instead
Terminal 4 is much better than what it was years ago. Renovations to terminal 1 finished in 2017 with the addition to concourse A. Terminal 2 is almost finished with its renovations.

yeah it's unlike them. they had delay issues this year. i anticipate a quick turnaround, they are certainly better than spirit and frontier
