- Pinocchio's Village Haus is never offensive, but it's also not the best quick service restaurant at Walt Disney World. It's not even the best at Magic Kingdom, but you can sometimes find items that are decent like this Chicken Souvlaki Flatbread for the 50th anniversary!

Back in 1975 Pinocchio's Village Haus was our favorite because they had this little Jello dessert decorated with mini marshmallows which we thought was the bomb as kids.
Very well said chicken lunch pizza. I had it in mid August. Mobile ordered. Waited very long in a not so crowded house to get cold dry chewy "school pizza" I really wanted to like it a lot. Wasn't there. So much for any type of food at the MK.

Nicely done as always, Craig. thanx. I think in all my trips, I only at at Pinocchio's once, and that was to finally try Figaro fries (think they're LONG gone now, but used to be a cult classic). Glad this tasted better than it looked - was kinda yucky looking. :)

Thanks for the review Craig. We have never eaten at Pinocchio Village Haus in all the years we have been visiting Disney World but I would like to try it. I'm just wondering why it is that meat is now referred to as protein? Seems a lot of people say that.
Because chicken, beef, pork, Tofu etc are all considered the proteins, and the most expensive part of the meal.
a Protein can be scrambled eggs...sometimes even beans....but most of all, the latest craze... Edible Bugs🐛🦂🦗🐞🐜🐌🦗...the postmodern "Protein?" sounds much more appetizing, don't you agree?...
Expect Bug proteins at Disney Parks within the half decade ...beginning with Animal Kingdom...
🐏🐗🏛🏺🥙..actually Pinocchio's is a very poor representation of Souvlaki (..comparable to a school Pizza)...which is basically a roasted all meat "shish Kabab"...the meat is usually heavily spiced and very juicy...Lamb or Pork are the most popular in Greece...tender Lamb Souvlaki is by far my favorite Greek Dish...and yes that was a miserable mousey amount of yogurt sauce..the best Tzatzikis include chucks of goat feta...much like blue cheese dressing...and they cost $2.50 - $8.00
🏔🗻🌲⁉👺⇢🥙Warning Serious Theming Inconsistency: ..the question you wee afraid to ask?...and why would Pinocchio's Restaurant serve Flat Bread Greek Gyro's?... he's a northern Italian/south Tyrolean...Alpine cheese Fondue., Pizza , Mozzarella Salad, Cannoli, Ravioli, Spaghetti...a Hercules, Aladdin, even a 3-D Fantasia Restaurant might serve Gyros...but not the son of Geppetto ....this kinda stuff really messes with my OCD...
