Great video Greg, good explanation. Is there anyway of dynamically having all the videos from your UA-cam channel stream on your personal website? or do you have to literally embed them one by one. Secondly, do you actually need a video playing software to host a video locally these days? I think HTML5 comes with a built-in video player that's awesome.

Thanks, i watched a couple of videos after watching yours to see the importance of hosting your own videos n found some interesting stuff. The most important one is when businesses use Google to pull visitors to their site rather than UA-cam, where they can use the analytics tool to track their behavior there. Anyway i was looking to embed many videos from a youtube channel on my website, so pls how do u embed the entire playlist?? I will really appreciate this.

I could have embedded the entire playlist, and you do not need a video player software, there is no reason for you to host your videos. Now, if you want a special unique look, then you will need one though.

You need to make sure the line starts with www.youtube.com/ then add the rest of the address of the video you are embedding. Hope this helped.

Sorry, I messed up. I don't think you can embed a playlist, but if you go to the actual youtube channel/videos select "playlists" then you click a video in the playlist, you are gonna see all the videos in that playlist on the right hand side, which is pretty cool.

For html5 we do not insert inline style directly but we should use css stylesheet... Why do you write long code like "margin: 35px auto 35px auto" ? This is the same in short : "margin: 35px auto;"... Is this video tutorial so old ? Because in video embed codes there are no "http" in the beginning (if someone uses https) and "rel=0" at the end... This video should be updated...

Don't get me wrong, I think it's great he's making videos to help people out. But when they become outdated it becomes more of an issue to the viewers than helpful. How about you put an annotation on the video with a link to your new, updated video that you're going to make? :p

Helllo Greg :) I have a question. I added the embed code everything went good i was able to see it in my design view mode but when i checked how it looks like in my firefox browser it doesn't show that there are videos at all. What could be the problem? Thank you!
