The Horizon will have more stability and hold in the upper and midsole, while the Ultraboost has a sock like fit, and will be more roomy and stretchy in the upper. Both will give you the most comfortable run possible, but it really depends on what type of stability you like from a running shoe. Lars
Well, they are two shoes meant for the same thing. High cushion and great stability. The main difference between the Kayano 29 and the Horizon 6 this year, is the weight. Mizuno has added more foam to the Horizon 6, which makes it a bit heavier. Lars
