I think you're a smashing bloke Sunny, it's such a crying shame that you remind me so much of bloody Boris Johnson, thank god your hair isn't any longer and blowing about in the wind uncontrollably or i'd swear old BoJo was now selling houses in Bulgaria 😂😂
Lovely house, wasn't expecting it is reconstructed inside. Also didn't expect the mosquito net above the bed. Are mosquitoes a big issue there? Would you recommend to buy a house in the village or a condo in one of the sea resorts -from the investment point of view? I would like a secondary home near a beach but all the villages with cheap properties tend to be quite far from both the beaches and the airport..
@@jamessearle2339 Hi Jim, yes there’s a large expat community in Maslarevo with some living here full time for 15+ years. A good mix of English, German and Dutch families. Yes still available at the moment
What?!? Would be interested to hear your experience as I know lots of Brits, Germans and other nationalities who live here with their families and are very happy 🤨 I’ve also personally had some positive experiences with the native locals, and they seem lovely 🤔
Without going into too many details brought a house the neighbours had took it over dumped a lot of rubbish on the land and the locals at the shop took an instant dislike to us because we were British and made it very uncomfortable but needless to say we got rid and now have 2 houses in local villages without any troubles 🙌
@@MrBlueWRX I don’t understand your question, the grammar does not make sense. Are you suggesting there is something I should know? Please enlighten me if so. I’ve met so many people who live here long term and love it. The mayor seems friendly and reasonable and lots of good helpful people around. Majority of properties appear well kept and the neighbourhood friendly on first, second and eighth appearances. We pride ourselves on only listing properties in good, clean, safe and reputable villages and appreciate any positive or negative information we should be privy to as a representative agent of this area. We always try to make any provisional buyers aware of any potential downfalls so appreciate your input.
I haven’t even looked at the property….. as I always go for the comments first …….I understand people want to keep things as they are but if you bring people in with money……. The neighbourhood will rise ….in its standing. And will improve its worth making everyone smile Unfortunately not everyone sees this …… that’s ok The village stays as a pit ! ….. with nothing ! ……. But that’s what the locals want ……. I don’t think so People need to to talk …….. bud shave the beard it makes you look like a devil …I’m sure your a nice fella ….. but my mrs & her workmates think you are possessed ……
