What?!? Would be interested to hear your experience as I know lots of Brits, Germans and other nationalities who live here with their families and are very happy 🤨 I’ve also personally had some positive experiences with the native locals, and they seem lovely 🤔
Without going into too many details brought a house the neighbours had took it over dumped a lot of rubbish on the land and the locals at the shop took an instant dislike to us because we were British and made it very uncomfortable but needless to say we got rid and now have 2 houses in local villages without any troubles 🙌

I’ve met so many people who live here long term and love it. The mayor seems friendly and reasonable and lots of good helpful people around. Majority of properties appear well kept and the neighbourhood friendly on first, second and eighth appearances. We pride ourselves on only listing properties in good, clean, safe and reputable villages and appreciate any positive or negative information we should be privy to as a representative agent of this area. We always try to make any provisional buyers aware of any potential downfalls so appreciate your input.

You must be kidding! That is not an easy house to renovate! Three or four weeks? The cleaning of these piles of junk will take more and there is cost associated with its disposal! Then you need to pull down the peeling, ugly wallpaper, clean the ceilings and the walls, plaster the whole place, sand the window frames, the doors and the floors, paint everything and install kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry. I found your presentation deceiving and that is my politest. BTW, your camera work sucks too. But hey, if you find dumb buyers willing to pay you 17000 leva, go for it!
Sorry we find it hard to believe he's less than some Bulgarian builders Our mates live there and they said they are very cheap unless they are jumping on the band wagon as well Sorry but like we said and it's just our opinion In the future are people going to be able to sell for the same price or more than they've paid Bulgaria is apparently a dwindling community to which all the young people have left and villages are empty We've recently seen a nice house that couldn't sell for 23.000 then go to 27.000 then go to 35.000 So if nobody was interested at 23 then why go to 35 Sorry buy like we said and it's just our opinion and others Portugal and France went from 10.000 with 4 acres of land to ridiculous prices because agents wanted to make a killing from the UK and other Countries and now the houses are getting reduced again So what happens if nobody is buying their in the future Our mates have just sold 2 of theirs in Bulgaria after doing them up and could just about get back 20.000 for them all done If it goes into the Euro then all the wages there would have to go up So sorry but we can't see that happening
The population of my village has tripled since 2014, the opposite of dwindling. As someone who is privy to exactly who charges what around here, and with many successful renovation projects under my belt, I can tell you with confidence that big Bulgarian firms are charging more than independent British builders are, in my region at least. Yes if you speak Bulgarian, you can find some very good and reasonably priced native builders here also. However a lot of the younger and English speaking skilled workers can earn a better wage abroad so are understandably difficult to find. You can’t name a country where the wages didn’t go up after they adopted the Euro. Statistically speaking, Bulgaria property prices and wages should rise more than ANY other country has to date. Supply and demand. The agents don’t hike the prices up, the demand does. I’ve now sold up in England and heavily invested into Bulgaria as it’s my opinion, based on extensive research, that now is an excellent time to invest here. I don’t have a crystal ball but please feel free to come back to me and call me a fool in 3 years time if I am wrong 😑 Would love to speak more on the matter, it does thoroughly interest me 😊

An English builder. His prices may be more than you would pay some Bulgarian tradesmen (certainly not more than all) but you get what you pay for. Most people prefer to pay a good rate in exchange for an excellent job. While I agree that the euro coming in will not be good for Bulgarians, anyone who understands global economics will argue that the price of properties will almost certainly rise. Can you tell me any country where property prices have remained or dropped after the € came in? Also, the fact that we can’t keep up with the number of sales is testament that the prices are desirable for the areas we sell in.
@@yulsonhomes9857 Thanks for your reply We are not saying he doesent do a good job but what people forget is Bulgaria is not the UK There will be a lot of people who will start to take advantage and start to use UK pricing out there Just like they have in Portugal to which there are no where near as many people buying there anymore Like people started to comment on their sites their UK prices We have friends who had properties in Bulgaria They bought years ago when estate agents filled people's heads with its going to boom 30/40/50.000 people were paying After doing their properties up they just about got 20.000 for them There's been a property on a site They couldn't get 24.000 for it Then it went to 27.000 Now it's at 35.000 So the question is who is going to pay those amounts in the future when they want to re sell When it's a dwindling population with not really any work there and if it goes into the Euro then that could destroy it when wages are so low Sorry it just looks like it's heading in the same direction as Portugal and France were agents went from 10.000 with 4 acres of land to ridiculous prices because they then get higher fees and they thought people in the UK and other countries had loads of money when in reality they've had High mortgages with high Interest rates to pay

You sell fantastic properties & present them well. But if you would slow it all down to let people see the property you are promoting, it would work much better, and at the risk of offending you spend more time in the frame than the property you are selling, try looking at luis baptista & his selling technique……. He is cool because he is not frantic rushing around with the camera & you hardly see him….. he lets a little bit of charm & banter do the work, I think you are very good but you shoot yourself in the foot with your presentation, but that is only my opinion & I mean no offence 😊
