  • This video is about a very famous dish from Karnataka - Bise Bele bath, which literally means hot lentil rice with tamarind , it is a one pot style dish made with vegetables, lentil and rice cooked together with special spice powder tempered with ghee. This dish taste is very heavenly , lots of Thunder spice flavour, very nutritious and good for any part of your meal in a day, this dish is suitable for all ages. This dish accompanied with simple papad , vegetable chips and dry potatoes preparation.

    In college days my son always enjoyed this dish in Ramashray hotel, Matunga, Mumbai.Very basic but tasty healthy dish.We are blessed to have food heritage of the great India.

    Sir plz say any tips for maitining the consistency of sambar rice once it gets cool down. Bcoz it was good while hot but it gets thick once cold down
